Asana worked according to what we expected in the company, because we could be informed at all times, when problems arose in the development of each project, we solved it because Asana is precisely that. Always be attentive to any eventuality that may occur in the development, delivery or delay of the projects that we carry out in the organization, and we have not seen that good management in the rest of the software that we have used.

Although it is easy to use, Asana should be more intuitive in its use, to be able to access all its functions, because there are some functions of which I had no idea, to be able to inform me I had to enter the help center and obtain information of which he had no idea. but there I was able to find what I was looking for.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is much easier to use and has greater deployment, we do not need more knowledge, we are doing a quality job unifying all team members and having great results, previously we used similar software, but the results were not what we expected, we had problems maintaining good communication while projects were in progress and when we implemented Asana the results were much better, our adaptation was excellent, tasks and projects were completed on time and we have never had any glitches using this software.

I love being in contact when I want to do it with those involved in the projects, it is a very fast software, with a mobile version that we have been able to take advantage of, we do not have to be in the office to be able to advance in the projects, because we can do it with our own mobile devices, the platform is robust and highly responsive to the entire work team.
