Asana integrates really well with Google apps (sheets, docs). It makes it easy to refer to content outside of Asana.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is not goof for taking free form notes. I therefore rarely use Asana for a quick note.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a strong change management / software adoption process, it is worth adopting.

It schedules tasks in our organization and ensures there is proper planning for ensuring each task is carried out at appropriate time.

I have nothing to dislike from this great task management product.

Asana worked according to what we expected in the company, because we could be informed at all times, when problems arose in the development of each project, we solved it because Asana is precisely that. Always be attentive to any eventuality that may occur in the development, delivery or delay of the projects that we carry out in the organization, and we have not seen that good management in the rest of the software that we have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The responsibility that Asana gives to the members of the projects is the greatest virtue that can exist to be successful, because each member takes care of the work that corresponds to him and suffuses it in the time provided by this software, as well as the interaction that obtains is paramount for the follow-up of the work, because if any person has a question, they can ask the members of the project and solve it altogether, at this moment the whole organization uses Asana and we are happy with the benefits that they give us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is easy to use, Asana should be more intuitive in its use, to be able to access all its functions, because there are some functions of which I had no idea, to be able to inform me I had to enter the help center and obtain information of which he had no idea. but there I was able to find what I was looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization is having problems with customers, because the delivery of projects is delayed, it is smart to use Asana, because the advantages in terms of delivery time and effectiveness that is achieved by maintaining a group of unified people is important, as well the software is customizable, because it can adapt it to the needs that are required. In addition, the process of adaptation of workers is quick because it is easy to work with Asana.
