What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Tool that has allowed us to organize and plan multiple tasks, giving excellent results as well as promptness in their execution. Collaboration between the work team has been beneficial in project management. We have improved the administration and monitoring of file sharing and communications focused on our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easily track everything that is happening with projects and tasks, you can attach files to each task, making it easy to see the progress of the project. You have the advantage of visualizing the useful life of a project by creating timelines. It is an excellent tool for the organization and planning of current and, of course, future workloads. Optimal results in the work group, has the ability to monitor the progress of the different team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Highly fantastic product for all project management, at the moment I have no complaints about this software. Everything has been excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Product really suitable for project management between team members, as well as managing work flow, activity tracking for employees. Asana has great features that translate into key elements in performing tasks.

A complete product for professional work.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It is one of the most comprehensive project planner/organizers I have used. It increases effectiveness and streamlines workflow. Quick and not very tedious initial setup.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Organizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Effective team cooperation. Easy to use.Mention of colleagues. Coding and sorting according to importance with colors and many more additions. Easily adapts to your work style. Gantt chart that allows me to plan a project effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to its costs Asana does not seem very suitable for small teams. However, for us who are expanding, it is quite good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improves communication and collaboration between work teams. Work method to which workers get used to quickly, it is a place where you can leave notes, solve doubts among colleagues with the activities, make monitoring and follow-ups by the human resources team or project managers in a more practical way. For these reasons and more I recommend it.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana's templates tend to do a good job of capturing all that is needed for a project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana integrates really well with Google apps (sheets, docs). It makes it easy to refer to content outside of Asana.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana is not goof for taking free form notes. I therefore rarely use Asana for a quick note.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a strong change management / software adoption process, it is worth adopting.
