What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
The ability to visualize data in an attractive way, highly customizable functions and an easy-to-use interface make Airtable an all-in-one project management tool that allows us to create powerful systems to support our work, which in turn can adapt to our existing specific data, processes and systems to work more effectively.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a great project management tool; I can get the information I need from clients to finish projects and then distribute it to my team. Another feature I appreciate is that I can start developing now and change later - the fields and data types will update dynamically if I change them later.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unlike with Excel, when views are hidden, it can be challenging to figure out which columns and other elements are hidden, which adds a little complexity to the process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For businesses who need to monitor projects, employee workloads, internal projects, etc., Airtable is perfect. It is quite simple to use once you become familiar with the tools, and it offers a lot of features.
