What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable perfectly combines database and spreadsheet functionality, with the ability for UGC.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Relational database building on the fly is critical for semi-complex datasets. Tasks like SEO analysis and competitive assessment can't be done in a spreadsheet (well) or a document (well), but can be tremendously efficient in Airtable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Airtable has a tendency to adopt features from third parties, like automation and interfaces. The third parties, for now, are typically better, with a significant layer of cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The cost is effectively nil for what you get. There's no substitute for the tasks you need it for.
