It treats AI agents as part of the sales workflow rather than an add-on. The agents feel embedded into existing Salesforce processes instead of operating as a separate automation layer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to offload repetitive sales tasks to agents. It reduces custom scripting and lets teams rely more on configuration than code for common workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some behaviors feel opaque at first. It takes time to fully understand why an agent responds a certain way in complex sales scenarios.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The CRM tool sales team can’t work without anymore

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
What really sets Salesforce Sales Cloud apart is how customizable and scalable it is. A lot of CRMs work fine for small teams but as soon as you grow, you start hitting limits. With Salesforce, you can keep adding new processes, automation, dashboards, and integrations without outgrowing the system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that everything about my customers is in one place, so I never lose track of conversations or opportunities. Also it saves my time by automating follow-ups and routine tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it feels a little slow when handling large amounts of data. Also there are so many features that it takes time to learn. & requires proper training.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is powerful CRM tool that manages sales pipelines, but it takes some time to get used to. If possible you can have an admin or expert to help with setup and customization, so you get the most out of it.
