What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
What really sets Salesforce Sales Cloud apart is how customizable and scalable it is. A lot of CRMs work fine for small teams but as soon as you grow, you start hitting limits. With Salesforce, you can keep adding new processes, automation, dashboards, and integrations without outgrowing the system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that everything about my customers is in one place, so I never lose track of conversations or opportunities. Also it saves my time by automating follow-ups and routine tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it feels a little slow when handling large amounts of data. Also there are so many features that it takes time to learn. & requires proper training.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is powerful CRM tool that manages sales pipelines, but it takes some time to get used to. If possible you can have an admin or expert to help with setup and customization, so you get the most out of it.

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
As a director in the area of marketing and sales, I can say that Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped me align both teams efficiently, by being able to track our leads from the first touch in our marketing campaigns and all the way through closed-won revenue, which makes us report our ROI much easier than before. It also provides a good visibility of the entire pipeline, and it helps us know which deals are at risk, and how we're doing in terms of our quarterly targets. Salesforce is a great tool towards automating our workflows too, and it works great for forecasting and campaign attribution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud, for me, is the central source of truth for many things: leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts. Its powerful interface offers strong features like the customization of pipelines, dashboards for tracking our campaigns ROI and workflows that we are able to tailor specifically to our needs. The fact that we have everything we need here has also eliminated the silos that used to exist between our two main teams, marketing and sales. I also like that they have a marketplace which lets us expand and access to specialized tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only downside to Salesforce’s depth is complexity and cost. Licenses are expensive, and once you add the cost of certified admins or consultants to manage customization, it becomes a significant investment. Additionally, the learning curve can be a bit longer than what you'd first expect, especially for those reps that are new to CRMs or are less tech-savvy, but thankfully, Salesforce provides enough documentation and a FAQ section so this is not really a long-term issue and can be solved quickly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My strongest recommendation is to invest in the training and onboarding early on, because it can be a difficult tool to use for reps and you have to make sure that they will actually integrate it as part of their selling process. I would also suggest to assign a role to a dedicated admin or partner, as the system is very complex and I would not recommend to leave it unmanaged, and having someone who specializes in it can make you get the maximum value.
