User friendly navigation and it allows integrates with other third party apps, making it easy to manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

hard to find Tutorial and technical documentation for Automation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce is the best choice if you're looking for a comprehensive sales process and technology stack. It will definitely facilitate collaboration between sales and tech teams

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

The important differentiator is the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Agentforce does not exist in isolation. Organizations using Salesforce can potentially connect AI-driven sales activities with other parts of their customer operations, data, analytics, and workflows. From a material perspective, this is important because customer information becomes easier to use across teams rather than remaining separated between different applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favourite aspect is the ability to use customer context when supporting sales activities. Good sales outreach should feel relevant, and generic messaging can quickly become ineffective. When AI has access to appropriate CRM information, it can help salespeople understand the account and prepare more personalized communications. And I also appreciate that Agentforce Sales is designed around action, not just information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The area I improve is transparency. When an AI agent recommends an action or generates information, Salesforce need to know understand where that information came from and why the recommendation makes sense. And also wouldn’t too much automation to make customer communication feel generic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The important recommendation is to involve the sales team early. Don’t introduce Agentforce as something that is simply being imposed on sales representatives. Let the people who will actually use it test the workflows, provide feedback, and identify where AI can genuinely make their jobs easier. This can make adoption much smoother. And I would also recommend keeping humans involved in important customer-facing activities.
