What differentiates ADP Vantage HCM from other similar products?

Offers features that makes it easy to manage human resources. It is multi-purpose and there is so much a business can achieve with this software more so in the HR department

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like ADP Vantage for it's resourceful and makes human capital management easy. Using the many features is easy but requires training. I like how it can handle most HR processes easily and at no added cost

What do you dislike most about this product?

One needs training and lots of practice to enjoy the best features of ADP Vantage

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend ADP Vantage as it's a good HCM considering it's many features and the price point as well. Most businesses will find the software helpful
