What differentiates Adobe Campaign from other similar products?

This tool is superior to others since it automates marketing tasks and has a very user-friendly interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform's user interface is very user-friendly. Easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface for creating emails and landing pages, processes for marketing automation, segmenting your audience is another level, and the reporting function is fantastic. Adobe campaigns' excellent personalisation tools and capabilities extend to SMS and email marketing as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only aspect of any Adobe platform that irritates me is the quality of the company's customer service. They're of no use. We just made the transfer since their customer service was so lacking. Initially, they were excellent, but their customer service quickly deteriorated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adobe Campaign is a fantastic tool for email marketing and marketing automation.

Best part is that you can use your customer data to create, coordinate, and build dynamic campaigns that benefits our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had a few times where the system froze up on us.

Focus on the customer experience when building the campaigns.
