It provide very deeper knowledge about our customer behaviour and create good relationship between us and customer and through this our brand will grow very faster and give us best customer connection and guides us by insight, planning and execution so we can create personalized,data and experience across channels and from this our brand sustaining loyalty to customer and our brand designed with flexibility and accomodate growth and provide us powerfull technology and robust capabilities and give greater return on which we investment and they provide campaign, personalization,tealeaf, content, analytics etc make it different from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To be a good business man make company large with together of team and make loyalty this all can happen though acoustic which is very helpful in this all and its functionality are great like it provide drag & drop campaign design canvas then give us seamless marketing in digital channels and give us good lead to manage the customer best and we can implement personalization A/B testing and through this we can improve problem and also reduce call time in call center its great to use this.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much that dislike us or we shall feel that its disappointed us in any way yes they give nice update everytime this can do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best if want great strategy in marketing to grow your business with powerfull ability provide you everything what you want to know about your customer so you can handle easily so if you want to be successful its great team members I will say.

The tool is easy to deploy and use. It comes with great features that makes digital marketing seamless. It provides analytical insights and makes automation of cross channel interactions seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used this product long enough and I like that it is easy to understand the many features and use them. With the tool, digital marketing is easy. With messages, emails, calls and social information, it is easy to push a digital marketing strategy with this tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Acoustic Campaign is easy to use, it takes time to learn and understand the many features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is overall a great tool and I have had no problems with the tool. I highly recommend it. It is affordable and works as expected. It makes digital marking effortless.
