What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
Accelo is a great platform, it has allowed us to maintain a relationship of trust with our clients, it allows us to track invoices in case of any inconvenience. It allows a strict control of the support work, solving as soon as possible the problems that our customers have. It does not help to have a more complete vision of the common problems and to have the possible solutions within reach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because it has facilitated project management and specific customer-oriented tasks. In the area of human resources it allows to create an effective funnel that automates processes of receiving and processing of employee tickets alleviating our workload, it allows to interact better with candidates for a position.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints about this tool, I think it works very well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend training for all staff because it is a tool with many features.
