What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a way better screen share feature than most of the applications out there. The ability to have a good screen share with high quality is a rare feature to come across in most applications similar to zoom. Could be a more better application if they provide some more competitive features and ease of access
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Screen share is the favourite aspect that I personally have benefitted a lot from. The quality of screen share was unrivalled at its launch and conference Capabilities made it the best fit when it was launched
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t like that there isn’t a free version that allows a good amount of use, the fact that the meeting gets disconnected in free version and then I have to go through all the process of connection is annoying to be honest. The paid version however still manages to annoy at times with connection issues while initiating calls
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say it’s a good product if you have short meetings and nothing longer than 30 mins but if you’re looking for something longer and more reliable then surely skip zoom as there are many alternatives that just outperform Zoom in a blink of an eye

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I believe that the video and sound quality of the zoom is much better than the competitors. It doesn't crash much even when there are more people in the room
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Various sound and video settings, as well as being easy to integrate with other devices and applications
What do you dislike most about this product?
At first it can be a little confusing to use and find all the features. You have to keep clicking to find out
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe that if I had a tutorial before using it for the first time showing all the features it would be useful

Great software, easy to use for consumers

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It has an excellent interface and constant updates to remove the bugs. Moreso, pricing is relatively better in comparison to the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, and if you're a premium member the idea to extend a meeting without hassle.

Nothing as of now

It is worth every penny if you spend on membership
