Zoom is very easy to use; there are no sign-ups or sign-ins required, which was exactly what we needed for our many novices IT users. Controls and an interface that is easy to use. It comes with a slew of useful and fantastic features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom has made it lenient for me to form and maintain personal and professional relationships, regardless of whether the device e.g Android or an iPhone. During meetings, I'm more efficient and retain more information about the conversation. Zoom is also better in this regard due to the ability to move the windows around. So I can arrange people's faces in the most productive order for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only concern I have is that when I share my screen, other parts of it that didn't intend to share become visible. When working on sensitive information, I have to close everything else and concentrate solely on what I want to share, which is a lot of work.

Provided the best meeting experience, reliability during slow connections, and quicker reconnections and rejoining meetings in the event of a bad network. All of its tools can stand out in the competitive world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like that it has a lot of features that help with remote work productivity. I use it every day for my meetings because it's simple to use, and the paid version includes security features and no time limit. The whiteboard and annotation features are also welcome additions. It improved the efficiency and effectiveness of communication, meetings, classes, webinars, and other events.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most annoying aspect is that it keeps asking permission every time I create a new meeting or add a Zoom meeting to my Google Calendar. It's odd, though, that it asks it again and again.
