What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Previously, communication was only done by phone or e-mail. SKYPE is cumbersome and difficult to use. Zoom has improved the experience by making it accessible to everyone and with an easy-to-use interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it is easy of use. I work with many different age groups and all of my clients can be scaled down quickly and easily. I love all the features, from background blur to the ability for multiple people to share their screen at once.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about this platform. The only problem I've ever had is connectivity and it has nothing to do with Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is very well known, all over the globe. It was saviour during the covid times and also a great product during normal time.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom never fails! It's the best video conferencing application I've ever used and I conference with executives around the world nearly every day!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use! Simple yet has all the bells and whistles you need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Somethings are hard to navigate. I don't like that the settings window is separate from the video call. It would be easier to adjust the volume or screen features while I'm on the call instead of going to a separate window.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you like having a strong connection and never missing a beat, zoom is for you!

Sometimes, the software lags when the internet connection is weak. Maybe optimize it to work better on lower internet connection speeds.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product and you should definitely use it if you often have remote meetings.
