Zoom can be integrated with Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox to share content. We can host meetings of up to 100 people and group meetings can be up to 40 minutes. Also, calls cannot be recorded. Support for multi-language

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

App quite intuitive, easy and practical to use. It is a great tool for courses and meetings.I can connect multiple people without crashing. Some cool options for meeting like raise your hand, clap your hands and give it a go. I can stream photos and videos

What do you dislike most about this product?

It worked very well but has been having problems with the audio, out of nowhere I can't hear anyone, they listen to me, I have to leave and come back from the meeting again, this is very unpleasant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very good and useful, both on the computer or on the cell phone. It can be used for professional meetings, at church, between friends and family, classes and much more. In short, it brings us closer to others.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We are able to hold frequent online meetings with our large team regardless of members location or time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexible to many devices. Makes direct interaction with seniors management. Available globally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has been upgrading day by day we can't complain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom will make your global located team work as if they are in one room.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

As a result, we were able to meet with persons who were immune-compromised or who simply did not feel comfortable attending a live, face-to-face meeting, and the problem of scheduling meetings during lockdowns was solved. Also, we saved some gas money by not having to make as many trips across northeast Ohio for actual meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers everything you'd expect from a meeting software, including the ability to accommodate a large group and perform well even when connections are slow. Professionally and corporately, this is the greatest tool to utilize if you want to communicate with a larger virtual audience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it might work, but often it wouldn't. About once every ten or twenty meetings, I'd either be kicked out for no apparent reason or have a really hard time logging into the meeting before being thrown out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We previously had all of our financial services appointments in person, so this was a godsend during the Covid lockout. Our research showed that anyone given the meeting URL may join our conferences without needing to install the Zoom client.
