What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The ability for the host to divide users into multiple rooms was one of the most crucial features that set Zoom apart from Skype and other video conferencing programs. similar to how employees in several departments sit apart at desks when working.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most crucial aspects that set Zoom apart from Skype and other video conferencing apps was its capacity to let the host divide attendees into various rooms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that the offerings of the program do not have much more than just video conferencing and chat functions. For the pricing, it does the job, but it does not offer more in-depth options like tuning up video and audio qualities back for replay options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom’s popularity is widespread as the app has been named the “Preferred Video App” by Okta for two years straight. It is the best app to use.

easy to use - very well accepted as a leader

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
with the global pandemic, zoom became not only the easily accepted program, but also what most people expected. We had been using ms teams before, but when we needed to stay in contact with newer employees, they all expressed a clear preference to use zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
sending links and inviations is super easy
What do you dislike most about this product?
if you want to use some of the extra features (skin softening, backgrounds, you have to a have an upgraded computer)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
start with the free 40 minute version. then have a trial of the paid version. then decide which one you will use.
