What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It has very many features such as screen sharing, file sharing, recording, chats, voice and video calls. In addition, it does not have a learning curve so anyone can be able to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that its link can be easily generated and shared for other people to join with just a single click. In addition, one does not need to install the zoom app since you can connect through the zoom website.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom requires a strong internet connection to work well or else the sound and video quality may go down or you might even be disconnected from the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good and convenient app since it does not limit the number of people, and one can also edit the background in in video calls if they do not want their environment to be seen.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It gives uninterrupted and high quality communication experience unlike other similar platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to join meetings with zoom. It's very reliable and provides good quality audio and video conferencing. It's easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it do gets error message while hosting meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It works great for meetings where there is talking and where you want to share your screen with others to show examples.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
We are currently using Zoom alongside Google meet. Zoom allows us to set up meetings with anyone including non google users. Joining zoom meetings is easy. You just click the link and enter the meeting password and voila you're in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom works well on computers and on mobile. With the mobile app, you can join meeting from any place so long as you have internet connections. I love that it has the option to turn of your video; it allows you to do other things without anyone in the meeting seeing you. Also the mute and unmute option that allows us to create orderliness within the meeting works well. One mutes themselves when its not their turn to talk hence preventing background noise from interrupting meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quality of videos is not as great as that of google meet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is well suited for small organizations. It is a good way for connecting with the team when working from home or whenever. It integrates easily with email server.
