User experience of both the web and desktop app is better. Faster and feature rich as compared to the alternatives.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It stands out from competing programs because its cost-to-benefit ratio is exceptional, its connectivity is simple, and I can screen-share during meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system is user-friendly, requires little setup time, performs admirably in sessions, and offers high-quality audio and visuals. Furthermore, a web-based version is available, allowing a connection to be established even if zoom has not been installed on the host computer. Furthermore, the mobile version is quite helpful because it allowed me to join conferences even while I was on the go. There is no denying the high quality of the video, screen sharing, and audio — even when the local network was extremely busy, I never experienced any lag or distortion in the signal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a drawback for home users and freelance consultants, the free version automatically disconnects after 30 minutes. In my opinion, if Zoom is to be integrated, the disconnection time must be extended so that users may make full use of the program without being constantly frustrated by the issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is one of the best online conferencing tools available today. It's dependable, safe, and simple to set up and operate. Try it, and the question of how to get rid of it will vanish from your mind.
