A good product for large list meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is way lighter, participants management is more clear and handles more participants on the call way better
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The recordings features works well as well as it's integration with Google Calendar works great
What do you dislike most about this product?
Screen freezing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In terms of technical quality, Zoom is a product that works pretty well and gets the main job done properly. However, the fact that you need to install an app to use it and the constant request for re-login makes it feel a bit like an old-school piece of software. Nowadays all of these types of products are mostly "web-based" without the need for any potential installation.

Simply outstanding product for video conferencing

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I think it's the user friendliness, stability and good interface. Nothing can beat this product. Atleast for trainers and facilitators, to run workshops this is the best one. It provides flexibility and good user controls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
* Locking meeting room * Recording on cloud * Spotlighting *: Virtual Background
What do you dislike most about this product?
* Not able to restrict/blocking users if someone else is host * Especially guests hijacking and sharing screen inappropriately if settings were not disabled by host. * There should be a way for other users to handle situation if anyone disturbs it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
* Do analysis of your needs carefully and then opt for license, like whether you will really need webinar format for large attendees or you are fine with meeting format with less attendees * Taking up annual license will be cost effective if you are very sure about using it. Else for trial purpose go with monthly renewal which may turn expensive. * Have a dedicated taskforce to understand the latest features and manage the licenses better.
