What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a video conferencing platform with a user-friendly interface, high-quality audio and video, and the ability to hold virtual meetings with participants from anywhere in the world. In addition, features such as screen sharing, recording, and virtual wallpapers make it a versatile tool for both personal and business use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The great user interface and functional features attract me. I like that we can make one-on-one calls with any user outside of meetings and retain most of the meeting functionality. We didn’t need to do much to set up a meeting because of the instant meeting feature, which I love. I love that we can customize a lot of different features in our Zoom account, such as the way our ideas are displayed on the whiteboard when we share the screen, and the ability to add emojis and people into multiple Zoom rooms in the same Zoom conference.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was a live captioning feature like Google Meets. The autosave function can be touch and go. The most annoying thing about using it is launching a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It does exactly what I need. Most of the user interface is quite easy to navigate. I love that it integrates with various platforms like Fathom and Google Calendar to ease many of the hurdles as a virtual assistant. This makes working remotely and communicating over long distances much more accessible.
