Works flawlessly on every device (old laptops, phones, even browsers) with minimal setup. No "Download the app!" nagging like Teams

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It stands out for its simplicity, reliability, and high video quality, even on lower bandwidth. It’s known for fast setup, intuitive UI, and scalable performance across meetings, webinars, and events. Its breakout rooms, are one of the USP for which it is really helpful and is able to engage with larger audience
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is its ease of use and reliable video quality. Joining or hosting meetings is quick and hassle-free, even for people who aren’t tech-savvy. Features like breakout rooms and virtual backgrounds make meetings more engaging, and the platform works smoothly across different devices and network conditions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
its free plan has time limits on group meetings, which can disrupt longer sessions. Also, some advanced features require paid plans, making it less accessible for smaller teams or casual users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend starting with the free plan to test its ease of use and basic features. For larger teams or longer meetings, upgrading to a paid plan is worth it for added functionality like extended meeting times and webinar tools. Take advantage of features like breakout rooms and screen sharing to enhance collaboration. Also, ensure you follow best security practices, like using meeting passwords and waiting rooms.
