What do you dislike most about this product?

With Zoom, if the host closes the meeting for any reason, all meeting rooms will collapse without warning.

I recommend Zoom for using built-in chat during meetings, screen sharing, and creating small groups during meetings.

What I consider the most that makes Zoom unique is that you can change your background. The program already offers some funds that I think are ideal for having business meetings. Video calls using Zoom are easier to make no matter where you make them and it also gives you a very good quality connection, you can see people through their cameras and there are not many resolution problems. Generally, the audio is also quite stable, it does not present interference and it is heard quite clean of external noises that could interfere with communications while you are in a meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite function of Zoom is that you can record the meetings, without a doubt I find this very helpful to keep records of everything that is spoken in a meeting and it is essential when it comes to completing work. Sometimes in meetings many things are said that due to the speed of the moment cannot be recorded, but with the option to record the call, you have access to the video whenever you want because you can download it to your computer and if necessary you can also send it through a download link, I find this function very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only disadvantage that I find is that it can be confusing to use all its functions if you have not had access to programs of this style before. Zoom has many functions for making video calls, but it does not have much didactic material that gives you clarity when using all the functions, so it takes a lot of practice to master it.

Zoom is very efficient in its work, I think you have to use it to be able to see everything it offers, that is why I openly recommend it to my friends and family, since it is very helpful and also its premium version is not so expensive Compared to everything it offers, it has undoubtedly been designed to work in schools, at home or in your office, so its adaptability is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom, it has a simple and practical structure to use, the audio video quality is good, compared to the mobile application it provides great value, adds value to connect to internal meetings from anywhere, another of the virtues of this application is ease of recording meetings is wonderful and even informs the rest of the members that the recording is in progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Zoom I have no difficulties to work, it is essentially and basic to create virtual office and work from a distance and without problems.

I recommend Zoom to synchronize with the Outlook calendar with the zoom, it allows the reception of meeting alerts before the meeting, also to share the screen in a practical way, essential for presentations.
