What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Lots of software is available in the market but zoom gained so much attention from millions of people due to its advanced feature and easy-to-use module. The most attractive feature of zoom is that it allows the attendee of the meeting can share their point of view or ask a question during the meeting from its presenter. The option of live recording gain so much attention from millions of users and increase its demand in the market. Zoom application generate a specific password that is only shared with a specific group of people to whom you want to the held meeting, so it reduces the disturbance and wastage of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The presenter can review its meeting during the live screen sharing with its consumer. Presenters can block notifications or left the consumer if they create disturbance in live steaming. Zoom application also allows to switch from one presenter to another

What do you dislike most about this product?

Uninvited links received from an unauthorized person becomes the concern for millions of zoom user. People even experience security issues due to breaking out to meet due to exploration of bugs. Our teams try their best practices to resolve the issue and make the zoom application efficient

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can access the zoom application for free but if you are conscious about the data your share on the live meeting and want a secure source to secure your data being shared online then you should go for its paid version. It gives you more accessibility and a sense of security about your private data.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I like Zoom's variety of features, from video call meetings, webinars, instant messaging, and more. At my previous job, I was in charge in purchasing and managing our Zoom accounts, and now at my current role I am an end-user who mostly uses the instant messaging feature. The various channels of communication allows Zoom to fit numerous needs, from internal communication to hosting external meetings or events.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since I work from home now, the instant messaging feature is a great way to communicate with coworkers in a more casual setting than emailing them. The ability to direct message, create group chats, and channels has allowed me to connect with my coworkers during COVID and upkeep both project communication and social bonding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Controlling some specific features (such as disabling the raise-hand function, disabling screen sharing, etc) is not a very user-friendly process, and required a lot of training in order to make sure myself and other Zoom hosts were comfortable controlling an online event with hundreds of attendees. Additionally, pre-loading breakout rooms with spreadsheets has not had a great accuracy rate in my experience- email accounts within the spreadsheet would not automatically be sorted into a breakroom once they joined the call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend reviewing the different pricing plans and the different add-on features - when I was working at a nonprofit, it was helpful for us to start with the simplest plan that met our needs and then buy add-ons as needed.
