Best meeting app, but expensive

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The whiteboard is very useful and easy to use, also the capability of seeing participant's faces while you are sharing your screen

The whiteboard
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price, although is a good app, I could find some other ways to replace their functions, so I don't think the price is fair, it could be a bit more affordable
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the free version, is good and helps to know how Zoom works, the only problem is that you will have only 40 minutes for session, after the time has passed you will need to start a new meeting

Zoom has many inbuilt features like customized background, recording etc that other platforms does not provide.
