User friendly GUI makes it easy for the hardest of end users to understand
What do you dislike most about this product?
Web version is not as stable as the downloaded application which makes joining calls from different computer which do not have the application installed difficult.

Easy to use, lightweight and works everywhere

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom was the only savior during COVID days. Its easy to use, simple to download and start the conferencing. It has a webapp and an actual app which is lightweight. Never seen the app hang.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive features like background templates. If someone doesnt have the application installed, the web version works as good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really. Its a perfect product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're not already using Microsoft or Google Suites, go for this. Its reliable, secure and has many features that you would love playing around with.
