What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is more affordable and great for when using for meetings within the organization and clients, great for collaboration with teams that are working on the same project to stay up to date.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being to interact with my teams and clients via Zoom that enables me to communicate at any time which makes my life very easy remotely
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not have many features such as muting background noise when in a conference calls and blurring or changing my background setting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to set up and very intuitive and have customer support 24/7 that can always contact if feel lost and do not what to do. great when wanting to use for business and personal projects/conference like webinars and so on.

Good features such a as Instant messaging, channels

2 small missing features : Capability to hide the Control panel when sharing screen Capability to share the content of the Zoom application when sharing screen

Use the Channel feature: very handy for group instant messaging

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
What makes Zoom better and different from other solutions is the affordability and the customer service of Zoom where you get all the support you need when you face any issue with Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The recording feature of Zoom is the best feature for me because allows me to record the meetings that can be shared with team members who often miss the meetings on time and also integrates with Calendly where the solution is helping us sell video on demands
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom enterprise is too expensive for smaller businesses to use the enterprise plan and I would like to see the integration of the solution with Google drive so that videos can easily be shared and stored on the Drive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the solution for online meetings
