What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The newly added Zoom AI feature makes Zoom easy to use and faster in creating meeting descriptions with just a few sentence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to integrate ZOOM calendar with Zoom Mail in the Gmail to sync all communications from one tool of Zoom at no extra cost. You can also easily embed Zoom meetings and webinars into any website or application using the friendly ZOOM SDK API at no additional cost.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Virtual background of Zoom needs a lot of improvements and the tool would create mirroring disturbance during screen sharing when you choose to share the whole window which interfere with the meeting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would recommend ZOOM because it is cheap to use and comes with good features to host any online meeting

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom evolved mainly during covid and it is very much faster and videos are much clearer than go to meetings.

Clear video and voice communications

Nothing as such

Can even use zoom for business purposes such as scheduling interviews and all.

Zoom is easy to implement and deploy

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It has the team chat feature which allows team to chat silently during the meeting hence reducing inconveniences during the meeting and this makes the Zoom software so different and a professional tool for online meeting
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the Zoom scheduler module which is easy to use and to understand, it is helping me schedule meetings and share the meeting links where participants can opt to receive notification reminders when the meeting and at what time the meeting starts. Thanks to the professional user interface
What do you dislike most about this product?
Phone numbers are not much available in my country for other members to dial in the meeting using the Phone number method and the support team have not yet resolved the issue currently I am facing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would recommend Zoom because it has more feature for user engagements and online meeting
