What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its simple to use and does not have much issues and problems in setting up and using it in any organization. Accommodates even up to 250 participants and this brings convenience in its usage at all times. Supports clear and audible video calls that ensure everyone is able to follow up and hear the proceedings well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The basic version has a limitation on number of participants necessitating for a upgrade in case of a huge corporation is using it.

It has a simple user-interface and it will improve the way you communicate and ensure that its smooth and you are able to hold online and any virtual event easily.

The main feature that Zoho Social was selected for social media management is for the features they offered at a lower cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool allows you to keep any social media in the same place without having to manage them individually. Zoho Social offers great features in a single platform so you can do everything you need with social channel management at a lower cost than the competition. The best thing about this platform is that I can make the same post on all social channels without having to do it one by one manually. There are endless features that allow a deep analysis of how the information shared on the company's social networks is developing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many of the currently existing social networks still need to be integrated, I do not deny that those that are most important in the market today are included, however it would also be a good option to continue expanding. Sometimes it is confusing to be able to navigate between the different channels, it is a bit frustrating but as time goes by you will get used to it, although that aspect should improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform can easily help with campaigns on social networks and thus be able to attract potential clients. In addition, it is very simple to be able to have control of all the social networks of the company including the traffic of people of each social channel, thus being able to search for patterns of what people might like the most.
