What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has a very accessible platform that creates a comfortable space between all members in a meeting. It’s also affordable in comparison to other competitors, and provides many different tools that make the experience with this software better and more intuitive. Zoom is a high-quality service like no other and we use it often for our meetings and webinars, and we’ve had a nice experience using it and we are able to complete our meetings successfully most times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is our go-to software for professional meetings. It has an incredibly consistent and user-friendly interface that offers great tools for reuniting with coworkers. For example, I can easily invite people through links or send them an invitation through emails. If I schedule a meeting, it will add to everyone’s calendar so no one misses the appointment. Zoom is also able to provide a lot of interactive features such as the hand raise gesture, the whiteboard, meeting recording, and sharing screen, which has multiple options and I can choose whichever is more comfortable. It’s overall a complete software that completes its task nicely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom requires a higher bandwidth for it to work properly, which some of us don’t have when having a meeting remotely. This causes connectivity issues and audio issues for team members who have lower internet speed and it creates limitations in our meetings. Luckily, these can be recorded and watched later if anyone didn’t get to listen to important information because of connectivity issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re looking for a service that allows you to have professional meetings remotely, Zoom is the perfect candidate. It has business-like features that will create a professional aura during every meeting and it has great quality video for everyone to be able to attend webinars without inconveniences.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

When joining a Zoom meeting, I have the option to turn on my video on or off,and I will also be able to see other participants, if they have their camera enabled. As a host I have additional controls to disable the video or mute the audio of individuals taking part in the meeting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Share Screen functions allows me to share what is my screen with others in the meeting. Group chat allows us to interact using text during the meeting

What do you dislike most about this product?

If a meeting link is shared on a public forum where it can be easily accessed by anyone it can result to strangers accessing the meeting by clicking the shared link

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great video conferencing software that can be used through a computer desktop or mobile app to bring together a large number of participants in one meeting.
