What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The simplicity with which I may record meetings for later use, as well as the excellent quality and gadget compatibility is the biggest advantage. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Additional feature of this program that I appreciate is the revolutionary remote access feature that lets you share your display and let others see what you're working on. Additionally, I can set a time limit to pause the conference and restart it immediately after the extra time. My colleagues and I appreciate this feature since it allows us to take a breather before continuing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Of course, the absence of capabilities is the main drawback. Zoom misses several of the most crucial functions found in other applications of a similar nature and has a somewhat stiff and clumsy design. While using the mobile version, the zoom app's volume decreases whenever you receive a phone call, although if you don't respond, and you frequently have to quit the program and enter it again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I advise using Zoom if you deal with many of people and prefer or need to stay in touch with your clients. Zoom is incredibly affordable and a wise long-term investment, and can also be used for both professional and personal communication.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has made things easier between long distance connection between employees where I work and also between my family members when we are not around. Zoom has been a good experience before, during and after the pandemic because it didn't require as much knowledge for everyday use. When I apply Zoom to my work environment, it helps me a lot with my clients when it is necessary to see a property and that client is a long distance away, it is a very practical use of many that has been given to this platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very practical and multifunctional based on the fact that I not only use Zoom for a work environment but I have also been able to take advantage of it when I want to make video calls with family members. I like the idea of ??it being cross-platform as it gives me the convenience of choosing where to use Zoom. The quality of calls and video calls is impressive. The simplicity of the mobile version is fascinating since it does not require much experience to enter a videoconference. I can share the screen as well as record the video call in case I need to review certain conversations I had.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires a stable bandwidth for good audio and video quality because if it doesn't start freezing the image and the audio becomes inaudible. It is chaos when there is a video conference with several participants with their cameras on, the problem with this is that it requires even more internet connection if you want to understand each of the participants, also the performance of the device drops drastically. I do not recommend using the web version, it is very fatal with performance, if you want to try Zoom without installing it, it is preferable to use another method than using the web version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to people who do not require much experience with video conferencing or simply want to start staying in touch with work colleagues or family.
