What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Setting up a Zoom call requires just a Zoom account, a webcam and access to the internet. Zoom gives users the option to share individual desktop windows rather than an all-encompassing screen share, which I prefer for privacy
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The in-meeting feature offered by Zoom is designed to be easy to find, easy to use and work as expected. I like the Zoom virtual backgrounds on the app too
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom prides itself on offering a high-quality meeting platform but the company treads a fine line between adding new features and nit overwhelming it with the whims of every end user
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom will let you share a wide range of content on your presentation, including YouTube videos. It's fairly easy to get started with Zoom and interact with other people when in-person meetings aren't possible
