What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is one of the most popular video calling apps, where we can make group or corporate video calls. Many people have gone for it as it has many features such as: file sharing, images, videos, documents, PowerPoint and it is available for smartphones, tablets or laptos. The good thing about this application is that you don't need to download any files to your computer or be registered in order to participate in a group video conference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you need to hold a meeting, a birthday, a wedding, or celebrate something and you can not see your loved ones, this application is the right one for you, since its use is at a professional level and you can make your videoconference completely live, as well as if your use would be to educate is ideal for teaching homework, explanatory videos, recipes and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You do not necessarily have to have a Zoom account to enter a video conference or video call, since only the user who creates it has a Zoom account is more than enough. If you have an application to record your computer screen you can do it and save it, however Zoom has the possibility to record and save it in the cloud if you have the plan that is not free. You must have a good internet connection, since your video and audio quality will be affected if it is lower than the corresponding one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom has multiple options: you can chat, share your screen, a PowerPoint, an image, a video, a web page and even a cell phone or tablet. The video quality is good, even with a low connection, and with almost all devices: laptop, cell phone and tablet. Zoom collects your contact details, the devices used and metadata, such as the duration of the sessions, the number of participants and the names and emails of those who sign up. Zoom assures not to sell its databases to third parties.
