What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I believe it's the user experience and the quality of service which differentiates zoom with it's competitors. The vendor support is very efficient and the updates ensure that the bugs are timely fixed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My personal favorite feature of zoom is it's video calling which enables the users to have a seamless communication without any challenges. It has the breakout rooms functionality which is beneficial for training and development sessions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Perhaps the only issue I found with zoom is at times the meeting invite links are sent without the password in it. Most of the time the invite links will have the passwords embedded in it so that if a user clicks on the link, it will straightaway connect the user to the meeting however, on certain occasions I experience the invite links were sent without the embedded passwords and then I had to resend the invites.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Someone eyeing to consider this product must take advantage of the full version of the product rather than going for a specific feature. With full versions you will have excellent integration and the users will have seamless experience.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Since the pandemic we have been using this program to continue communication with our employees and since then we continue to use it for our foreign employees. It is very easy to use and we all adapt to it perfectly because it is so intuitive. It allows screen sharing for a better meeting experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its audio and video is high quality, regardless of the quality of the internet, we have never had any communication problems. I like that you can schedule meetings in advance and send links in advance with the date and time of the meeting. It has a live chat, which allows all participants to write while the meeting is in progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like it to always save user information, as I always have to add it in both the web version and the mobile app. It would also be helpful if it didn't interrupt a meeting if a call comes in on the mobile, but gave the option to forward the call without leaving the meeting. The steps to screen sharing could be less no doubt, but for some reason it has a lot of steps to accomplish this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a program we have been using for 2 years and have been satisfied with its performance. The updates have undoubtedly improved many aspects of the program and will undoubtedly continue to do so. We highly recommend it, because most importantly, the quality of the audio and video is far superior to its competition.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Simple User Interface and an intuitive platform were our main concerns. In our evaluation of the three, Zoom came out on top.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Until Covid hit, we in the UAE were a wholly face-to-face company where being physically present was crucial. As a result, we had to explore for possibilities for remote meet-ups. We then investigated for several solutions and discovered that Zoom was the most practical. The tech aware individuals found it simple to network, as did our clients who had never previously worked on such links. The Video/Audio Quality was excellent and never let me down. Zoom's ease of customization offered us the assurance we needed to complete our business without any delays.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints with Zoom; it has a great user interface and functional functionality. However, like with any software, a reliable internet connection is advised for smooth conversations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom would be a wonderful alternative for mid-sized and small businesses who offer remote work possibilities for their employees to communicate with the team. Zoom is great for meetings with clients, giving presentations, recording sessions, scheduling online rooms, polls, and other tasks. It is affordable and simple to use.
