Easy to use, but a bit pricey

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
more user-friendly and every client will have the software already
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Audio clarity. Copy-paste option to the customer's screen. Clarity with even less data bandwidth. Easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Minimizing and maximizing the screen is a bit confusing At times, the meeting invites accepted in outlook does not show up in the zoom application. I would prefer if the app is always signed in,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My best-case scenarios happen during meetings with customers. The fast screen sharing without lags keeps the customer grounded as we can work on their issues without making them bored. I personally have not found a scenario where it is not appropriate. with the current work-from-home scenario in most companies, Zoom is a go-to method for communication.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom knows their goals and they know to bridge the gaps. They release mutiple features relatively fast compared to other video conferencing tools. And their chat is awesome as well compared to Teams. One thing that helped the most was the screenshot feature. I dont think Slack or Teams has that button
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to do desktop support with Zoom as an IT helped me a lot with supporting end user with their it needs. You get to view their screen , how many screens they have and how it looks like!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bugs. There are some bugs that hasnt been resolve yet on intel PCs where Zoom keeps crashing when screensharing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are not using Zoom , youre missing half of your life! This tool makes communication easy!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
User interface is very easy to navigate even a child can navigate in meeting. New Feature breakout rooms which is useful to Split the meeting if someone want to discuss separately.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Free to use for upto 40 minutes Can start a meeting instantly If call is dropped It instantly try to reconnect Meeting Recording and Transcripts
What do you dislike most about this product?
- Webex recordings are better than zoom, and - Audio and video disruption - Issues are faced while taking remote control
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
- If you want to use it for team meetings then please consider zoom as it easy to use and allows 1000 participants, and it cheaper the other products
