What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The simplicity of using this tool is the real stand out - anyone from anywhere can all synch up and use Zoom. You send out a link and the external parties - or your internal team - can join in from from their mobile or desk simply by clicking on the link. Call quality has never been an issue and it is a joy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Again, the simplicity. It is an elegant product that can be used by seasoned veterans or by novices without issue or unnecessary guidance. It works and the meeting quality is faultless, even in areas with bad reception when other tools fail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It isn't adopted as the single standard for use when needing a conferencing tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a look at the alternatives and on a cost verses performance basis you will find it difficult to do better.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Best ui and its superb integration with the calendar also recording the meetings are too easy here.

Can chat with other meeting participants can eaisly invite other meeting participants
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such sometimes it takes time to open the app in window’s

You should definitely go with this product for smooth ans hassle free meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a well known and trusted product, which means in my customer facing role it's easy to use as the go-to tool for video conferencing as all companies are likely to already have the capability to use it. It also has a simple UI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, simple features and cloud recording makes it easy to share content while keeping it protected. The webinar features are great too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I rarely see it branded by other organisations and where I have it hasn't looked great
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try - I'd be surprised if you haven't already! Simple to use and does everything it needs to. If you're implementing, be aware the chat function can be limited
