What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The high-definition video and audio quality, which brings people together regardless of their physical location is important for effective communication and collaboration, as participants can see and hear each other clearly, enhancing the meeting experience and reducing misunderstandings. Zoom addresses this exceptionally well with minimal delays. Additionally, its easy to add more people to their Zoom meetings without sacrificing quality or functionality. In previous large orgs its been particularly useful for hosting large training sessions remotely, as it allows for seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to hide self view or camera completely is a great feature that allows the removal of distraction of watching yourself or others when there is screen share in progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As per my previous suggestion I am concerned about the privacy and security practices, our CTO has expressed concerns about features that could potentially be exploited or abused, and i believe there have been some public evidence of this reported in the past.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any computer tool is only as good as its lowest quality component. Optimize your video and audio settings: Spend some time playing around with video settings to look better on camera, and consider investing in an external microphone for better sound quality too. I also like the use of blurring or virtual backgrounds to minimise distractions or create professional virtual environment for meetings. This is very easily set up whilst in meetings or prior to meetings starting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use it for daily stand up meetings and KT's sessions . I can record all my meetings and use it later as reference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest, nothing to dislike about it but need a good connection of internet for it. Very heavy product. Need to simplify it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should consider it for formal communication among their colleagues. It will optimise the resources.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom's velocity to improve new features in the pandemic makes the brand remarkable. Almost anyone I know, principally the elders, learn how to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No issues with Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If a web meeting is crucial to your business, that's the perfect tool.
