What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's easy to operate and reliable. It has top-notch performance and it has never failed me by crashing even a single day.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it's easy to implement and intergrate with our existing systems. Moreso it's very much cost effective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customer support team needs to go up to the mark.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend all to try it for best online web meetings. It's amazing!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a simplistic software to use. It's so intuitive to use that I think regardless of technical expertise, anyone is able to navigate the Zoom software environment. It matters less whether a user is scheduling meetings, joining or initiating video calls ,or managing conference calls , Zoom just stands out from its competitors in terms of its simplicity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The efficiency of Zoom's smartphone app on iOS and Android is the best part of my experience , when using this software for video/audio communication. The Zoom mobile app serves as a fast way to join meetings or collaborate with my colleagues, whenever I am on the move and faraway from my computer system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Apart from the occasional glitches and drop in quality of audio during calls sometimes, Zoom is generally satisfactory in performance for my personal and professional video conferencing needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is one of the few softwares with which businesses and management need not expend a lot of time and resources, training employees to use . Because a lot of professionals are familiar with Zoom and how it works.
