My favorite aspect of Zoom is its ease of use and seamless performance across various devices. Whether I'm joining a meeting from my laptop, tablet, or smartphone, the platform consistently delivers a smooth and reliable experience. This accessibility allows me to connect with colleagues, friends, and family effortlessly, making communication and collaboration a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a user, one aspect of Zoom that I find less than ideal is the occasional occurrence of technical glitches during large meetings or high-traffic periods. While Zoom generally provides a reliable platform for video conferencing, these occasional interruptions can disrupt the flow of communication and collaboration, causing frustration for all participants. However, I appreciate that Zoom actively works to address these issues and continually improve the platform's performance.

The popularity of Zoom among professionals in my opinion , is what sets it apart from similar other products. Infact, this was a major reason for its adoption at my department. Adopting Zoom at my department has made it easier to connect with our offshore teams and external collaborators.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is easy to understand and its streamlined design is very impressive. I only need to click on a meeting invite and in seconds, I am speaking with my peers . It connects seamlessly with my Calendar tool, making it easier to schedule video conference calls . Having easy access to Zoom across web , mobile and desktop makes the process of joining or initiating video conference calls, only a click away from me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had situations where Zoom suddenly asks .me to update my mobile app, just as I am about joining a video meeting, thereby delaying me. Secondly, I have reservations about the occasional drop in audio quality when joining meetings via the mobile app and using a earpiece or ear phone.

Zoom makes virtual communication across teams , departments, small and large groups of people streamlined , reliable and effective
