What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Well that it always works! I usually use zoom, when something goes wrong with it;s closest competitor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Interface of the actual software it's easy to navigate
What do you dislike most about this product?
Perhaps, that is not as popular as it closest competition, Not everyone have it installed which makes harder to schedule meetings via zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an excellent product!

We rely on Zoom for a variety of use cases, from conducting virtual project kick-off meetings and client presentations to hosting weekly progress reviews with project teams and stakeholders. Once great but now feels dated and in need of love

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's very stable on calls, i would say reliability is still where Zoom works best in this category
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The webinar features are nice!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI and UX, the web admin is a sea of menus, it's all too much and dated. Zoom keep adding features that are huge but not addressing some of the core problems of the product and making it more complex in the process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At this stage, it's the defacto standard for video calling. You can't go wrong with it but spend enough time with it and you start to wish for something better.
