Easy to use and much better than competition

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is infinitely more user friendly than other video conferencing software. The features are more abundant and it helps us meet with out of company users with ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The screensharing is exceptionally helpful and being able to interact with other people's screensharing helps us a ton
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to tell if the lag in video is due to my internet connection or from the app
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use this over Google Meet and Teams. Any outside organization you meet with will thank you. Integrate them with your tech stack as soon as you can.
