Zoom offers control to the host to control all the meeting and it's user-friendly interface with flexible accessible features. And easy to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It so easy access on all devices, with a web browser. Scheduling meetings is so easy and joining them too, integrated with our calendar with reminders. So interesting to use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Offers high quality videos with clear voices, supports messaging during meetings both public and private with other people attending the meeting. I also love screen sharing
What do you dislike most about this product?
Just in love with this product, I love each feature here just that when the number of participants is big during video conferences it buffers
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
So good for online meetings both audio and video conferencing, easy to use and cheap

The user friendly features are what differentiated Zoom from similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is probably the chat feature and the ability to chat with 1 person or the group.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about the Zoom...I've been using it for years with ease.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Always write down your pass codes prior to logging in.
