What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is a free product that I can easily access to speak with clients, it seems that most people are familiar with it so it is easy to set uo meetings with a software that most people know how to use,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to set up meetings so I can discuss information with potential clients in a more professional way compared to email or over the phone
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes screens freeze or sound stops for a short period of time, so just a few technical issues I have had
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very universal and easy to use if you are talking to client(s) or just watching a zoom class/training. It's the best video conference tool.
