What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is fully featured and all the features work in a clean, reliable and easy way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Most important is the stability and quality of calls and the ease of scheduling, those are fundamentals, but in addition I really like the addition of social interactions
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is easy to use but it doesn't thrill me to look at it or interact with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even while my company has Teams, which includes conference calls, many of us continue to use Zoom out of preference because of it's wide range of capabilities.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is the simple and self-explanatory nature of the software for me. It has ensured anyone can log into Zoom for the first time and get a hang of it in a few minutes. This is the key point of differential between Zoom and alternate products, in my opinion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is Zoom's white boarding feature for me. They come in handy for clarifying and illustrating my ideas using drawing tools, sticky notes , smart connectors etc ensuring that my teams virtual brainstorming sessions are fast, efficient and productive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gone were the days when random parties used to get into my teams Zoom meetings . It is now almost half a decade since we last experienced such. Therefore, nothing to really dislike about Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For professionals, I advice they should look no further than Zoom.
