Zoom is a very convenient. The rivals of Zoom do not provide these amazing breadth of features.

Its interface. Its easy to use.

Nothing. I am enjoying my experience with Zoom so far.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to easily share your screen on your phone and switch between sharing different windows in a quick and efficient manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No ability to draw on your screen when you're sharing (on a demo)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Allow for the ability to draw on your screen while sharing.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I use zoom almost everyday while interacting with a client and I have used few tools in past for few interviews and meetings such as Google meets but I feel zoom is much better than every other tool I have used soo far. Video quality is excellent as compared to other tools, sound is clear and more features are there which makes it unique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the customisation that I cane use different audio and video settings which helps me to connect it in two physical devices at the same time. I also like the way I can share my screen in 3 different formats. It also provides meeting summary that is again a unique feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I am not able to use whiteboard's full functionality. It lags in few features where zoom needs improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend zoom to small organisation as well as bigger organisation as it comes with different plans as per the organisation's requirements.
