What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is a much better user experience both for the prospect and the sales person. Its just much easier to connect and to share screen, etc. Also, the Outlook calendar integration is a huge plus!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like having a personal zoom room, so I don't have to create meetings ahead of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like to have an easier way to assign permanent co-hosts to every users account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am very happy with Zoom, since we made the switch from GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar. The control panel is much cleaner, the Outlook and Calendly integrations and the basic quality of the screensharing make it a winner for us.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, Zoom has good connection / quality and integrates easily with Google Calendar. Easy and intuitive user experience. Easily able to share screens, chat within the meeting / add comments, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is one of my favorite software when I work. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Very often I find myself using this tool to communicate internally. Whether it is to share information, ideas, content or team meetings or if it is used to communicate efficiently with a partner or prospect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no negative objection regarding its characteristics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom because it is a fast, easy, affordable, and very direct way of doing business and provides the ability to get better and higher results as quickly as possible.
