What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom offers a long duration of making free video call before disconnecting, where it's free to make as many calls as poss in turns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Zoom, I have been able to communicate flawlessly with colleagues via one-on-one video call. Team collaboration across the organization and the branches has been at breeze with Zoom

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom cannot function without proper internet access, this ain't vendor flaw though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Deploy the mobile application since they will always get instant alerts over the internet.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

There is no other web conferencing tool that offers free video conferencing capability unlike Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to make free video calls for 40 minutes continuously before disconnecting. File transfer in the cloud is another thing that I give thumbs up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To b we honest, the issues that I used to complain about were all rectified after contacting the vendor support team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make short video calls so as they can maintain convenience while communicating.
