What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Its reliability and high availability is far superior to its competitors. It's amazing how Zoom managed to keep up with the growing global demand in this pandemic period without experiencing downtime issues. (at least not for me).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its high availability. It is quite frustrating when you have a conference with a plenty of people and faces connection issues. It is something which can put on the ground your credibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom had serious security issues in the recently past. And the way they have handled that didn't seem that much professional. Also there are some features we can see in its competitors which Zoom could develop as well. RealTime transcription it is something desirable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are planning to use zoom in quite serious presentations and conferences, don't forget to give special attention to your internal network infrastructure. Things like a QOS properly configured in your router and a redundant internet link are important to provide the best experience to your users.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Now I can communicate without putting my health or the health of the people around me at risk because Zoom allows communication through chat or you can do it through video calls, Zoom is the best software to keep up with your work team, since it does not No matter where you are, with Zoom you do it remotely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom has excellent functions and features that are essential to make your video calls at ease and with confidence, Zoom has an excellent storage of documents, annotations, with good tools to communicate such as live chat, real-time chat, private chat and chat Of video. With Zoom you can make conferences, comments and notes, it also has remote access and remote assistance. What I like the most about Zoom is that you can create discussions and forums and it allows you to make video calls with multiple people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike since it is a very basic and easy-to-use application and you can use it both personally and for business, for your board meetings, you can manage Zoom in the best way for you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want something simple and that does not require much effort to communicate through chat or video, Zoom is what I recommend, it is very easy to use and adapts easily to you.
