What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Great product and so easy to use. The pandemic taught us all how to video conference and Zoom is the app most people are using, even grandparents with their grandkids!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the share screen aspect and having the ability to share certain parts of your screen and not the whole thing, if that is what you want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chat function is a little hard to read at times, especially if you have a group chat and individual chat going on with someone in the room.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Its membership capacity is fascinating, allowing up to 500 users in the same conference, the host has the power to join and mute users. You can lift your finger when giving an opinion, so the meeting is more organized. Remote access screen sharing helps solve problems in seconds. It can be joined from anywhere and on any device. Multiple users can simultaneously share screens and make collaborative annotations for a more interactive meeting. Option to record meetings where they will be stored in the cloud, take captures and notes. It provides group chats, integrated file sharing, and storage for years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, with access from any device, whether mobile, pc, tablets. The video and audio quality help to perform better. You can schedule meetings and send invitations to users, whether a link via email, where calendar google remind her, or ID of the meeting, has security because you are placed passwords conference rooms. You can share your screen during conferences. The quality of Zoom's video conferences is unsurpassed, in addition to recording your sessions in HD quality, which will be available in the cloud, you can also send messages to any of your co-workers through Zoom's conference rooms or direct messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not encountered any problems with Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It offers a free version with all the functions you need, ideal for individual and group calls. It has unlimited direct and team messaging features. However, they do offer paid plans, have all the features of the free plan, plus better cloud recording and meeting management controls. Sharing the screen, whiteboard, annotations on shared content, using chat to share links, files or any essential resource for the meeting, and Calendar integration. You can place virtual funds, either images or videos. Also lock the meeting and require access password, enable the Waiting Room function to allow and restrict users.
