What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I've been a zoom user for a long time, way before the COVID-19 pandemic forced everyone to consider a video conferencing solution. I've seen it's progress and how much they spent considering new features and released them. I've always been happy with what they offer, but it was possibly because of the pandemic that they got even better. As a sales person and certified facilitator and sales enablement professional, Zoom is my default platform for 1:many sessions. It's breadth of features, stability and the fact that everyone knows how to use it make it by far the best choice for my job,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use. Even if you're a first time user you can figure it out by just playing a bit with it!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chat could use some improvement. File transfer is not easy for instance and sometimes you need to be able to send your audience a file or two and it makes it harder to keep their attention when they need to click and go outside of the platform to download that file. I would also like to see the ability to stream in higher resolutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not sure anyone needs anything other than a quick demo to buy it, but if you do or if you use other stuff, I'd definitely recommend you not to just demo, but pilot with a bunch of your own users and have them complete an evaluation sheet. You won't be surprised to see zoom matching or possibly going well above your current platform score. Just try it.

its simple user interface and its work in low internet connection also

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User interface is very good and Zoom is a very user-friendly application that allows me to conduct the meeting anytime and anywhere because it facilitates me for remote working.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has made it so easy to connect with my team all they have to do is to click my already sent meeting URLs. The video calling quality is very amazing no buffering or image distortion is associated with it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has a feature that allows up to 49 participants to be displayed called Gallery view which makes it easy to see everyone in meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can support up to 1000 participants using an add on. It is capable of changing the backgrounds of participants. Meetings can be recorded into videos that can be seen later.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes so far the software has been very helpful and its features are on point when it comes to catering for communications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone considering the software should consider using a high powered device because this product requires stronger processing power.
